Hello.. I’m
Maggie and I’m passionate about helping people develop the skills for
cultivating wellness, resilience and genuine happiness in life.
I've worked for over 40 years in Health care. As a Naturopath, a Nurse in Mental health, a Relationship counsellor, and finally as a Dementia consultant.
What I came to understand was that the
state of our Mind is incredibly important … it
impacts every area of our life.
This includes how we manage our physical health, our
finances, our relationships, our education, and more.
Anxiety, worry, low mood, lack of confidence, fatigue,
insomnia, relationship conflict, and stress … are some of the most common
symptoms of dysregulated mental wellbeing, which often develops into an ever-increasing
burden on people’s lives.
The “Wellbeing, Resilience & Happiness” program
has been created with the goal of helping individuals recognize the negative impact
that ongoing stress (fight-flight) has on the brain, mind, and body and life
goals.
Ongoing stress disrupts the effect of the Insightful Mind/
brain … necessary for the thoughts, feelings and actions of motivation,
solutions, connection, contentment, satisfaction … and genuine happiness!
